KAWARTHA LAKES OPPORTUNITIES FUND

(DIRECT SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION )

Like any charity, we rely on the generous support of community partners. Consider supporting our organization’s work directly so our teams can continue to nurture the community, faciliate grants, manage funds and scholarships, work with other organizations, making the Kawartha Lakes a thriving place to live for all. Donate directly to our Kawartha Lakes Opportunities Fund.

Operations: While we are efficient, we do have basic costs that allow us to function and support all of our initiatives, such as office staff, IT expenses, communication, bookkeeping and auditing costs to demonstrate that we are being prudent, efficient and effective with the money that has been entrusted to us.

Digital Infrastructure: We offer a robust, secure, digital, turnkey infrastructure to attract funds, process donations or manage funds for initiatives to the benefit of the community. These shared services offer efficiencies to community led efforts.

Vital Signs: Support our community research program Vital Signs. We will use local data and local knowledge to measure the health and vitality of our community and support action towards improving collective quality of life for all. This will be one of the most strategic endeavours we will undertake.

Donations and gifts are administered by administered by the Community Foundation of Kawartha Lakes, a registered charity (No.734092091RR0001)
